These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game ParVI Golf (the "App"), provided by 3R Media ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's applicable terms and conditions for the App Store.
You must meet any applicable age requirements in your jurisdiction or use the App with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
If ParVI Golf allows or requires an in-game account or profile, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App may offer virtual items, golf equipment cosmetics, course unlocks, boosts, or in-game currency (collectively, "Virtual Items") that you can earn or purchase.
Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods or services and are non-transferable between users.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, conditions, and refund policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
We may modify, limit, or remove Virtual Items or adjust their value and availability at any time as part of balancing or updating the game.
ParVI Golf may include competitive modes, leaderboards, and tournaments where scores and usernames are visible to other players.
By participating, you agree that your in-game name, profile information, and scores may be displayed to other users within the App and in related promotional materials in connection with the game's features.
Specific contests or prize-based tournaments (if offered) may be subject to additional rules presented at the time of entry.
You agree not to:
If you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful activity, we may suspend or terminate your access to the App, reset progress, or take other reasonable actions.
If the App allows you to create or upload content (such as usernames, avatars, or custom course names):
You remain the owner of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App and its promotion.
You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not include illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.
We may remove or restrict access to content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
All intellectual property rights in and to ParVI Golf (including software, artwork, music, trademarks, and logos) belong to us or our licensors.
You may not use our name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
The App may include or use services provided by third parties (for example, analytics, ads, or social features). These services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Use of Game Center or similar platform features is subject to the relevant platform's terms of service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that ParVI Golf will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the App will always be available or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the App and its services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using ParVI Golf at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or certain features at any time, including if we discontinue the App, are required to do so by law, or believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will end and you may lose access to any Virtual Items, progress, or content associated with your use of the App.
We may update or change the App, including adding, modifying, or removing features, at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country requires a different forum.
